New Faces, New Voices – Nigeria is virtually bringing together women in business, agribusiness, trade, export and finance to stimulate discussions, examine critically the opportunities with the intent of unlocking the growth potentials in the entire value chain of the Agricultural sector 

New Faces, New Voices – Nigeria plan to use the  Virtual Women in Business, Export and Finance Summit (WIBEF 2021) to brainstorm ways to thrive in chaos. The theme of WIBEF 2021 Summit is “Thriving in Chaos”

The planned virtual summit 2021 is part of NFNV-Nigeria’s continuous contribution to the growth and development of Women-Owned SMEs of the nation’s economy. The two-day event will include keynote speakers, panel discussion sessions. About 150 women owned businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals are expected to attend and participate at the virtual event. This will create an opportunity for networking among industry players.

The Summit would amongst other things examine the potential impact of agriculture technology investment in fixing low productivity in Nigeria’s food production; how government policy, laws and regulatory framework can drive effective agribusiness value chain, examine existing traditional agriculture finance models in Nigeria and the role of developmental partners and international agencies in driving funding, investments and growth across the agriculture value chain.

WIBEF 2021 is virtual and the event shall be on Facebook live, Zoom and Youtube during the two days event. Date: October 1-2, 2021
